Dry Solution provides 24/7 emergency mitigation and cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our IICRC-certified team handles water mitigation, fire damage board-up, biohazard containment, asbestos abatement, post-construction cleaning, and carpet cleaning. All descriptions of services on our site are for reference only and not a binding promise of specific results.
3. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate information whenever you request a quote or fill out any form on our site.

4. Service Quotes & Estimates

Free Estimate: We offer a free onsite estimate with no obligation. Estimates are based on visible damage and initial inspection.

Scope of Work: Actual work, cost, and timeline may change if hidden damage or extra work is discovered. We will notify you before performing any additional work.

No Double-Charge Guarantee: If we miss a step outlined in your service agreement, we will return and fix it at no extra cost.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment Times: We aim to schedule your free estimate or service within 24–48 hours of your request.

Client Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Dry Solution Cancellations: In rare cases (e.g., emergency staffing shortages or extreme weather), we may need to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.

Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of our work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments: Accounts more than 30 days past due may incur interest or collection fees.
7. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on the Dry Solution website—text, images, logos, and trademarks—belongs to Dry Solution or its licensors.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
